MeNew PDF
Merge, split and rotate PDF
A free PDF editor that runs in your browser — merge, split, reorder, rotate and export pages without uploading the file anywhere.
🔒 Runs entirely in your browser — your files are never uploaded to any server.
About this tool
MeNew PDF opens one or more PDF files directly in your browser and lays every page out as a thumbnail. Open several files at once and they are merged into a single document; drag the thumbnails to reorder pages, select pages to rotate or delete them, and save the result as a new PDF.
It also splits and converts. Select any set of pages and save just those as a separate PDF, or export them as PNG images — a single page downloads as one image, several pages download as a ZIP. You can go the other way too and turn a batch of JPG or PNG images into a PDF, one image per page.
Everything happens locally: the file you open is read by your browser and never uploaded to a server. That matters for the documents people most often need to edit — contracts, statements, scanned ID — which is exactly what you should not be handing to a random web service.
How to use: Open PDF ▸ click pages to select them ▸ rotate, delete or drag to reorder ▸ Save PDF. Password-protected files cannot be opened.
