About this game

One night, every star in the sky goes out: the Black Dragon has sealed the starlight and the spirits of the four seasons inside the Starlight Tower. While the royal knights turn back at its gates, squire Yuja takes her father's first sword and walks in alone. Yuja Knight I is a loving homage to the classic first-person grid dungeon crawlers of the early 90s — you step and turn through torch-lit corridors, watch the walls slide past in perspective, and fight whatever steps out of the dark.

Each of the five floors is a seeded labyrinth with its own realistic wall textures and battle backdrops — a mossy grotto, a flooded cavern, a corridor of flames, a frozen undercastle, and the throne of stars. Explore with the auto-mapping minimap, find the golden key hidden in the depths, unlock the boss door, and free the season spirit imprisoned on every floor. Each rescued spirit teaches Yuja a new skill, from Blossom Heal to the Starlight Burst.

Combat is proper turn-based RPG fare: attack, skills, potions and a not-always-successful escape, critical hits, level-ups, and a wandering peddler grandma who sells five tiers of swords and armor. Random encounters feature twenty photorealistic monsters drawn from Korean folklore — dokkaebi soldiers, water ghosts in white hanbok, snow maidens, jangseung golems — every one of them AI-generated. Your progress auto-saves, and if you fall, a spirit light simply carries you back to the floor entrance.

Like everything on this shelf, this game was built entirely by AI in July 2026 — the dungeon renderer, the battle system, the story in five languages, the synthesized soundtrack, and all 42 pieces of realistic artwork. A playable snapshot of what AI could build at that moment.

Save data & moving to a new computer

Your world is saved automatically in this browser on this device (localStorage). There is no account or server — a different browser or a different computer starts with a fresh world.

To back up or move your world: open the game menu (press ESC) and click “💾 Export Save”. A single .json file is downloaded containing everything — the world seed, every block you changed, and your quest progress. On the new computer, open the game and click “📂 Import Save”, then choose that file.

That one .json file is all you need to migrate. Keep an export as a backup: clearing the browser’s site data (cookies/cache cleanup) also deletes the save.
